discipline is doing the things which you have to do but you don't feel like doing.

it's such a lazy sunday

sunday's the Sabbath day
a day of rest
and i'm recovering from a slight flu

so to hell with the gym

you pick up your phone with the card in your hand
as you lay on your bed with that feeling of indecisiveness
and you say,"pride i shall stand"
